a Java based Software Solution Company, located in the heart of the
Silicon Valley, San Jose, CA. TCA provides Technology and Products to
realize true Ubiquitous Networking Solutions.
TCA acquired all of the assets of Transvirtual
Technology, Inc. (USA) in April 2003. Included in the transaction of
assets was, XOE (eXtensible Operating System), a Java/XML based Web
Service Engine suitable for Internet Appliances.
TCA is aggressively forming partnerships with
other software vendors that will enhance TCA's own proprietary
technology in the field of Security and Peer-to-Peer solutions.

TCA's Mission is to provide the best suitable
Technology and Product to realize a True Ubiquitous Network Solution in
primary B2B market and then in B2C, eventually in C2C.
TCA will provide the most advanced and common
Platform to Internet / Information Appliances such as PDA, Mobile
Phone, Set Top Box, Home Gateway and Telematics and etc. along with
it's Server. These will replace or supplement the conventional Personal
Computer (Desktop, Laptop) in the mobile and outdoor environment in the
